A network with distinct pathways
Models, performers, UGC creators, influencers, promotional professionals and independent service providers have different entry routes. Not everyone is an agency client.

Shellac Creative Network is the talent, creative-services and client-facing network within Shellac Global Entertainment, LLC. Built as a founder-led entertainment venture, SCN connects people who create, perform and produce with the businesses, casting calls and projects that need their skills. Our goal is to make it easier to understand the right lane, find reliable contacts and work professionally.
Our work is organized around a clear distinction: some talent is agency-managed for bookings and client campaigns, while independent photographers, stylists, videographers and other creative service providers can join an approved public directory by specialty and city. The SCN Academy offers educational discovery and assessed courses without requiring someone to be represented by our agency.
There are different ways to work with us. Our nonexclusive model and on-camera representation focuses on eligible, agency-procured bookings. Our managed UGC and influencer campaigns purchase defined content or publishing services. Our activation staffing and production support services are scoped directly with business clients. These are distinct contract and payment arrangements—not one universal agency commission.

Brands, designers and production companies send a brief; SCN reviews scope, timelines, local staffing, roles and budget before proposing services.
The free Find Your Creative Lane course can point learners toward future specialized classes. Course completion can award SCN training certificates, but never guarantees paid work.
SCN helps coordinate its own campaigns. Working freelancers can separately choose an optional paid personal booking tracker for submissions, hours, income and records.
Model and on-camera bookings, creator campaigns, promotional staffing and creative production support—scoped and confirmed through a client brief.
Models, on-camera professionals, UGC creators, influencers, ambassadors and crew may apply. Agency-managed talent may be reviewed before a project booking; independent creative providers apply for directory listing separately. Academy learners do not need agency approval to enroll.
