These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shellac Creative website, operated by Shellac Global Entertainment, LLC, including the Shellac Creative Network and Shellac Teens division.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.

Most opportunities are open to adults. For minors, including through Shellac Teens, applications require parent or guardian involvement and consent. By submitting an application for a minor, a parent or guardian confirms their authorization.

SCN Insider is a free login-based resource for the Industry Access event directory. It does not create a public member profile, confer talent representation, or give access to private agency operations.

Event previews may be public; members who sign in may view full event details and links to third-party organizers. Membership does not guarantee event admission, invitation, registration, tickets, or introductions. Third-party organizers control availability, pricing and restrictions.

Event-update emails are optional and require affirmative consent separate from creating an Insider account.

Submitting an application expresses interest in being considered for representation, campaigns, or opportunities. An application is not an offer of representation, employment, or work.

When you upload portfolios, reels, comp cards, photos, videos, resumes, or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights to share them and that their content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Submitting an application does not guarantee representation by Shellac. Representation decisions are made at Shellac's discretion based on fit, market, and current needs.

Representation or inclusion in the network does not guarantee work, bookings, campaigns, income, or any specific career outcome. Shellac does not guarantee employment, casting selection, campaign selection, or earnings.

Submitting a brand or campaign inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a campaign. Any engagement is governed by a separate agreement executed between the relevant parties.

Castings and opportunities listed on the SCN Castings board are externally sourced unless specifically identified as a Shellac booking. Applicants apply directly with the listed company, production, or casting office. Shellac is not responsible for third-party listings.

The website, its branding, logos, graphics, and content are owned by Shellac or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse site content without permission.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant Shellac a limited, non-exclusive right to review and, where relevant, share them with prospective brands, productions, or casting parties for the purpose of considering you for opportunities.

Submitting materials grants Shellac permission to review, evaluate, and consider them for representation, casting, and campaign opportunities. Shellac has no obligation to use, return, or respond to submitted materials.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, and not to harass, harm, or misrepresent yourself or others through the website.

The website may integrate or link to third-party services. Shellac is not responsible for their conduct, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

External links are provided for convenience. Shellac does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shellac does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunities will result in work or income.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shellac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any opportunity, listing, or communication.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shellac harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

Shellac may restrict or terminate access to the website or network at its discretion, including for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any dispute forum and applicable governing law will be determined under the terms agreed for the relevant service and applicable law. Contact the company for the terms governing a specific signed booking agreement.

When paid classes or digital materials become available, the applicable product page and checkout will display the price, included content and access conditions before payment. A purchased course grants access only to that course; course enrollment does not establish agency representation.

SCN course certificates are issued only when the stated lessons, quizzes and final assessments are completed to the published standard. Course certificates do not guarantee work, licensing, professional accreditation or job placement.

Refund eligibility, digital fulfillment and course cancellation details will be disclosed for each product before checkout and remain subject to applicable consumer law.

The optional personal booking tracker is planned at $10 USD per month for independent working professionals. It is separate from the internal Shellac Executive Command Center and company Booking Operations. Subscriber access depends on an active, verified billing entitlement when the paid service launches.

Before live enrollment we will show the recurring charge, renewal frequency, cancellation process, applicable taxes, data export access and the effect of cancellation or payment failure. Payment collection is not active on this website until checkout and secure subscription verification are launched.

The tracker records user-entered jobs, rates, hours, expenses and payments; it does not calculate or file taxes, guarantee accuracy, process payroll, or provide professional financial advice.

Creative-service directory listings are published only with the provider's permission and after SCN review. Directory membership does not imply representation or a guaranteed booking. Models, actors, UGC creators, influencers and promotional staff apply through separate private agency channels.

Third-party casting calls are independent of SCN unless specifically identified as SCN-managed. Applicants should verify direct submission instructions, employment terms, schedules and compensation with the original hiring party.
