Shellac Global Entertainment, LLC ("Shellac," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Shellac Creative website and the Shellac Creative Network, including the Shellac Teens division. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy describes data handling; any separate terms acceptance or consent will be requested through the relevant signup, application or purchase process.

When you fill out a form, application, inquiry, or contact request, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, city, market, social media handles, and any details you choose to include in a message.

Providing this information is optional in most cases, but certain fields may be required in order to submit a specific form.

Talent, model, creator, and on-camera applications may collect your full name, pronouns, date of birth, contact details, city and market, social handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), portfolio links, biography, and classification selections.

For model applications, this may also include physical attributes such as height, measurements, shoe size, hair color, and eye color, which are used solely for representation and casting evaluation purposes.

SCN Insider is a free registered account for the Industry Access directory. Registration and sign-in use email authentication or an available third-party provider such as Google. Creating an Insider account does not apply for representation, casting, or a private agency roster.

SCN keeps a limited, account-associated log when signed-in members access the protected Industry Access directory, for member-resource administration and to understand who uses this service. If optional analytics is enabled, we may also associate expanded event details and organizer-link clicks with an account. Authorized SCN administrators can review these records; an event-link click does not establish a ticket purchase, registration or attendance.

SCN Insider membership does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. You may separately opt in to worldwide Industry Access event-email announcements using an unchecked consent option, and unsubscribe through SCN or contact us. Announcements depend on the event mailing schedule; account creation alone never triggers promotional emails. You can change analytics preferences using Manage Cookies and request applicable access, correction or deletion through our Privacy Request process.

Brand and campaign inquiries may collect company name, contact name, email, phone, website or social links, campaign type, services needed, budget, timeline, target audience, markets, deliverables, and campaign goals.

This information is used to evaluate, respond to, and coordinate potential brand partnerships and campaigns.

When you contact us, we collect the contact details and message content you provide so that we can respond to your request and keep a record of our communication.

You may upload media such as portfolios, reels, comp cards, headshots, photos, videos, resumes, or similar materials through our forms.

These materials are reviewed for the purpose of evaluating applications, representation, casting, and campaign opportunities. You should only upload content you have the right to share.

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location based on IP address.

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the website.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the website is used, and measure traffic. We categorize cookies as Necessary (required for the site to function), Analytics (help us understand usage), and Marketing (used to deliver relevant opportunities and updates).

Submitted information is used to administer representation, casting, and campaign workflows, including onboarding, scheduling, coordination, deliverables, and follow-up. Individual engagement terms are governed by separate agreements executed at the time of any booking.

We may use your contact information to respond to you, send updates about your application or inquiry, and share relevant opportunities. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

If you join a Shellac mailing list — for example the SCN Castings alerts list — you do so with your explicit consent. We only send marketing or opportunity emails to people who have opted in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Marketing messages should provide a straightforward unsubscribe method. Selecting it stops further marketing emails and updates your record to reflect your choice. You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email or by contacting us. See our Privacy Request page for details.

We work with trusted service providers and vendors that help us operate the website, store data, host files, send email, and run analytics. These providers may process limited data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

We may share relevant applicant details with a brand, production, or casting party only when necessary to evaluate a particular opportunity and with an appropriate legal basis.

We retain submitted information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, including ongoing representation, campaign administration, and record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to legal or operational obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

For minors, including through Shellac Teens, we collect parent or guardian name, email, phone, and consent. Guardian involvement and consent are required for minors, and youth opportunities are age-appropriate.

Teen applications require guardian contact details and consent; we aim to avoid collecting data from children below the applicable minimum age without legally required authorization. If you believe a minor's information was collected without consent, please contact us so we can address it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also opt out of certain communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Independent creative service providers submit a separate directory application. Private email and review records are intended for authorized SCN administration; an approved provider may separately consent to publication of their professional name, city, service category, bio, public Instagram, portfolio and optional business booking contact.

The public directory is separate from private agency applications. Providers may ask us to correct, hide or remove their published listing using the Privacy Request process.

When educational courses, digital downloads or paid personal Booking HQ subscriptions launch, records may include account identifiers, class enrollment, course progress and assessment results, subscription status, transaction references, download entitlements and self-entered work records such as pay rates, call times, jobs, work-related expenses and mileage.

Payment processing is intended to use Stripe. Payment card credentials should be entered directly through Stripe's hosted payment experience and should not be stored in SCN application records. Relevant payment details may be subject to Stripe's separate privacy terms.

Personal Booking HQ work records are not company casting, payroll or banking records. Users remain responsible for confirming figures and for retaining the records needed for taxes.
